Its quite well done. My only problem is when he is climbing up or running up. The weight seems light. He seems like he has glue on his hand and feet.

I quite like your facial acting. In general. Make sure the hands don't stay in the air for too long. Break the symmetry in terms of eyebrow movement. Eyeball movement is based on thoughts in mind. Don't stay in position too long. It makes he feels like he is staring in the air. Same for head.

Take a look at this clip. Good acting. Pay attention to the eyes.

Wow, I wish I had time to keep my skills fresh:)

Just some quick comments:.

The quick (sub) anticipation (not the big movement, the tiny one just before the jump) just can be pushed further, maybe go lower and swing the arms back even further, Possibly adding 1-2 frames so that the anticipation can be "read" better.

The impact of landing seems quite soft, you might want to check the spacing of the body just before impact, and speeding up how the upper body is cushioning the fall might help sell the impact. The right leg seems to be sliding back too just before/during contact. Maybe have the right leg contact and stay in position, then the other leg land a step forward before the body comes down.

A non-critical minor point, but you can try having the arms come down slightly differently from each other to break the symmetry.

Hmmmm... Looks very pose to pose with no offset... As in the whole body (head, arms and torso) look like they are hitting the extreme pose at the exact same time. If there are any offsets its too little to tell.

Also everything seems to be continuously moving, maybe because it has too many key poses with few holds, and one of the key poses (both fist clenched, body bent forward, head forward/down) is used 4 times with only slight variation, may want to see if you can cut those down. And watch the spacing especially for hitting the accents.

For the "oh yeah", quick assymetrical anticipate (left hand slightly higher, right hand lower) to right hand punch straight up in the air rather than the symmetrical pose used.

"Woo hoo" is another accent point, must be either snappier or use a stronger pose, or possibly both (maybe punch bothh hands out at 2 and 10 oclock position?)

For the pointing maybe can try a stronger anticipation? Rather than just right hand poing up, turn the body to the left and pull the hand and elbow back?

Anyway its just a suggestion. Then again I have been known for overacting:P

Speed is important, but dont't sacrifice qualitynfor it;)

Juz a quick look and these are my 2 cents.. you have big movements up top but your lower body doesn't reflect it.. causing the animation to have an unnatural feel.. maybe that is contributing to overacting as well.. or in the mind of the actor.. he is focused too much on wats happening up top that he forgets to move his body naturally..
